We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- With tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must remain unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging included, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
