We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please contact us before sending anything back.
We're so sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a full refund.
Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
